To celebrate their efforts, 5H is hosting a 5 Healthy Towns Party on Sunday, September 25th at Chelsea High School from noon – 4pm. NBC’s The Today Show Nutritionist and author, Joy Bauer and award winning fitness coach and author John Calve will be in attendance.
