A third generation entrepreneur, Jackie’s family has been involved in business ownership, primarily in the Livingston County area, for over 100 years. As President of JS Properties, Jackie focuses on land acquisition and development.
A former high school teacher, Jackie received her undergraduate degree from Eastern Michigan University and her graduate degree from Wayne State University. With a broad range of work experience and a solid education, Jackie is well prepared for a career in real estate.

Terry Watson, a sought-after International real estate expert and professional speaker, was the keynote speaker at our November All Company Meeting. Delivering a people-oriented, positive and result-based keynote address, Terry’s two-hour seminar covered a wide range of real estate, motivational, social media and technology topics.

The Charles Reinhart Company Realtors recognized members of the 2011 President’s Club on Thursday, October 27th at the West End Grill in downtown Ann Arbor. The West End Grill served lunch for the Charles Reinhart Company Realtors to celebrate the incredible accomplishments of more than 50 real estate agents.
For over 20 years, the President’s Club has recognized the top producers at the Charles Reinhart Company Realtors. To qualify for the President’s Club, an agent must close 18 or more transactions per year, which is more than 2.5 times the national average.

David Lutton, Marsha Volchoff and Megan Crosbie recently returned from The Active Enterprise Network Annual Conference in Denver, Colorado. The three-day conference proved to be an invaluable learning experience that provided the opportunity to explore major trends in the real estate industry and discover new ways to implement the latest technology into their current business practices.
With a strong focus on the user experience, the conference highlighted new ways to help consumers through the latest search, mobile and social technology. Presentations covered a wide array of topics including how to prepare for the future of real estate and strategies for continued growth through community involvement, training and more.

The Charles Reinhart Company Realtors is pleased to announce the promotion of Ren Snyder to Sales Manger of the Saline Sales Office.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Ren began his professional career in Saline at Hoover Universal. Ren’s management experience includes: President of Midtown Properties, VP of Administration at Bioimage and Financial Manager and Corporate Auditor at Hoover Universal.
Ren began his career in the real estate industry as President of Midtown Properties prior to becoming a Realtor in 1993. As a successful real estate agent, Ren has enjoyed a multi-million dollar career working as an advocate for both buyers and sellers. Ren’s wide-range of experience in management and the real estate industry have prepared him well as he takes on this new challenge as Sales Manager of the Saline office.
It is fitting that Ren returns to Saline, having begun his career in the Saline area. We are delighted for Ren as he moves into his new role as Sales Manger of the Saline Office!
The Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors named Joe Peoples the 2011 Realtor of the Year at their General Membership Meeting today.
A graduate of Eastern Michigan University, Joe is currently the Sales Manager of the Ann Arbor West Office. In addition to being an Associate Broker, Joe is also a Certified New Home Sales Professional, and Graduate Realtors Institutes II and III. Joe is a highly skilled negotiator with expertise working with both buyers and sellers.
The Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors also announced the 2012 Board of Directors today. Tracey Roy was elected to a two-year term and Matt Miller was elected to a three-year term.
A former “Rookie of the Year”, Tracey is committed to providing her clients with the highest level of professionalism and service. Tracey’s enthusiasm, expertise and knowledge of the Ann Arbor area will be great assets in her role on the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors Board of Directors.
A lifelong resident of Ann Arbor, Matt is truly committed to the Ann Arbor community. Matt’s determination and work ethic will be valuable assets to the Ann Arbor Area Board of Realtors Board of Directors.

A graduated of Wayne State University, Amy received her bachelor of fine arts degree while on a full tennis scholarship. Amy has more than a decade of experience in real estate as a senior loan officer prior to joining Reinhart as an associate broker.
Amy and her husband Bill live in the Ann Arbor area. In her free time, she is an avid cook, gardener, and golfer.

Although Patrick continues to practice pharmacy a few hours a week to stay in touch with previous clients, he truly enjoys working as a full-time real estate agent.
In his spare time, Patrick likes to play musical instruments such as the piano and organ. He is also an avid painter and loves to garden.
