By creating a culture of wellness in these communities, in addition to the support of Chelsea Community Hospital, the goal of 5H is to make Chelsea, Dexter, Manchester, Grass Lake and Stockbridge the 5 healthiest communities in the Midwest.
To celebrate their efforts, 5H is hosting a 5 Healthy Towns Party on Sunday, September 25th at Chelsea High School from noon – 4pm.
