The city of Saline has many “hidden treats” that local residents have enjoyed for years. For instance, there is a free summer program called “Rec on the Go” where you are able to drop your children off to one of the 8 parks in Saline each day. There you will find Rec Center “camp counselors” prepared with a line up of activities for the children, and sometimes tables of art projects provided by the Art Center. The idea is the keep your children active outside, rather than inside during summer vacation. Way to go Saline!!!!

Saline has a new subdivision that really is like no other one out there…Huntington Woods.
The Developer is running a sale to take the lots to a price that local builders can really give their buyers way more than what normally comes in each price range.
You can now build a home in there between $300-$350 (the 19 current homes in there were purchased between $375-$575) and get the same amenity packages.
I just sold a home in there in the mid $300′s that is close to 2600 sq. ft., granite/cherry kitchen, hardwood flooring, master bedroom suite, three car garage, etc…
The subdivision has 33 acres of a wooded common area with walking trails…perfect for taking a walk with your pet, or exploring for the kids. There are also city utilities, sidewalks, and street lights.
